Wagner F230 AirCoat Spray Pack - A Complete Fine Finish Solution

When you combine the precision of traditional air supplied spraying with the speed of an airless sprayer you get an Air Assisted spray pack.

This creates an ideal solution for contractors who want to achieve the perfect finish with far less overspray than an airless system and with much greater control.

Ready to spray both water and solvent based materials.

The Finish 230 AC is a compact mobile diaphragm pump with integrated compressor. It provides great flexibility with perfect results in the workshop and on the building site.

Precision & Control:

The air and material pressure gauges give precise information about the set parameters, providing excellent control.

Extremely fine atomization.

Little overspray (material savings of up to 30 %).

High application efficiency.

AC4600 AirCoat Gun:

Ergonomic design for perfect painting results. The smooth running air, material swivel and the manually replaceable filter housing make it very user friendly.

Green Air Cap:

The spraypack is equipped with the green air cap and suitable for spraying both water based and solvent based materials. It's air consumption is up to 30% lower, saving energy and thus costs.

The Hopper Feed:

Gravity design allows for spraying with smaller quantities of paint, ideal for everything from front doors, kitchen cabinets and joinery to feature walls and precision spraying.

It is part of the Wagner Diaphragm Finish range, the diaphragm design provides a constant pressure with no fluctuations in pressure making it ideal for high quality finishes with both water and solvent based paints.
