Walcom Easywash Spray Gun Cleaning Station - Allowing You To Properly Clean And Maintain Your Spray Gun!

The Easywash spray gun cleaner has a large wash area providing a convenient solution for those who want to create an area dedicated to spray gun cleaning, using either clean or recycled solvent.

No pump or moving parts makes the Easywash maintenance free and ideal for both solvent and water-based paints, it works off compressed air on the venturi principle.

The powerful thinner atomizer, combined with proper operation, provides for the best results in spray gun cleaning and maintenance.

How It Works:

The Easywash has 3 cleaning functions; clean flowing solvent, dirty flowing solvent, and clean atomized solvent.

Two 20 litre containers fit in the base, one with clean solvent, and one with dirty (recycled) solvent.

The solvent is picked up by venturi action from the drums, with all used solvent returning to the dirty drum.

The fume extraction is also venturi operated and is activated as soon as the compressed air supply is turned on.

Cleaning Your Gun:

To clean a spray gun the flowing dirty solvent would first be used to remove most of the paint, followed by the flowing clean solvent.

A final rinse is done with clean, atomized solvent.
